By accessing or using Visra ("the Service"), operated by Bluetomic LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Usage. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time, and your continued use constitutes acceptance of any changes.

2. Service Description

Visra is a web-based platform for lip-sync video generation. Users upload video and audio files, and the Service processes them using AI technology to produce lip-synced video output. The Service includes file upload, AI processing, generation history, and video export functionality.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account by signing in through a supported authentication provider. You are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the security of your account credentials
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Upload, process, or generate content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, threatening, or otherwise objectionable
  • Create deepfake or manipulated media intended to deceive, defraud, or harm individuals
  • Infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or publicity rights of any third party
  • Upload content containing malware, viruses, or any harmful code
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit vulnerabilities in the Service
  • Use the Service in any manner that could overload, impair, or interfere with its operation

5. Content Ownership and Licenses

Your Content: You retain ownership of all video, audio, and other content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to process, store, and transmit that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Output: You own the lip-synced video output generated by the Service from your content, subject to any applicable third-party rights in the source material.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, branding, logos, and underlying technology, is the property of Bluetomic LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without prior written consent.

7. Service Limitations and Availability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee:

  • Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
  • Specific results, quality, or accuracy of generated output
  • Availability of the Service at all times
  • Compatibility with all video or audio formats

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any part of it) at any time with or without notice.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bluetomic LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bluetomic LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law survive termination.

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
